Chef Nuno Amaral, with 20 year of expertise, creates an innovative menu inspired by his origins and the natural environment that surrounds the hotel, presenting flavor and freshness in a contemporary interpretation, taking visitors on a gastronomic journey.

The restaurant offers a gastronomic experience that expresses the identity, spirit and pure nature of the Alentejo region. With the help of local producers, ideally from organic farming, they use citrus, vegetables, cheeses, aromatic herbs, cattle meat from local fields, fish, and seafood from Setúbal and traditional olive oil. They strive to make each meal a positive and long-lasting memory, shared with you.
