My wine tour in Portugal was an absolute delight from start to finish. The meticulous planning, personalized touches, and the seamless execution of every detail made it a truly five-star experience.

Everything was really perfect! Our driver and guide Rui Pedro was extraordinary and made the trip even better. When a vineyard had to push our tour back a bit, he took us to see sites and kept us entertained. On our day to Lamego and Amarante, he guided us through the towns and cathedrals and provided so much history. He is an expert at his job and we are grateful for his time and his company. We just really enjoyed him. 

Each winery was unique and interesting and the food and wines were excellent. We will recommend this tour to others. Thank you for helping make it perfect.

We had an amazing time in Porto and the Douro Valley. I have been telling everyone how amazing it is.

Our trip was fantastic. The crew on the boat and all the drivers were amazing. The scenery was breathtaking. 
We absolutely loved the restaurant on the first night in Regua, equally loved Ventozelo.  Unfortunately I didn't enjoy Quinta de la Rosa as I was so full from our lunch I just couldn't eat. So on saying that it would have been nice just for us to have a wander around Pinhao and maybe grab a lite bite in the town, we found it a little too full on.  

Quinta da Pacheca was beautiful, our lunch there was fantastic.  We also enjoyed our night in the wine barrel.  Shame we could only stay one night. I would have loved to stay longer.  

We will definitely be back, next time though we might drive so we can bring wine home...  

Once again thank you for all your help. It was one of the best holidays we have had.

Thank you so much for all the planning for this tour. We had a great time and would definitely do this again. The drivers were great, the food was great (Terraçu's was terrific), and the wine was great. Everything worked like clockwork with no hiccups along the way.

Certainly one of the best ways to explore the Douro Valley. We just wish we had more time.

Jacinto was prompt and knowledgeable, the weather was perfect, and the wine was fantastic. Choosing the best part is tough. Nothing could ever beat the chef's signature lunch at Herdade do Esporão, except maybe the view right outside their restaurant.

We also loved the hotel (especially the pool) and just walking around Évora. Every winery we visited was well worth it; the tour guides were so friendly and helpful, the facilities were unique, and we were definitely introduced to foods and wines that we would have missed out on. It was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you for making it happen. You'll be hearing from us again—and hopefully soon 🙂

There are so many highlights! I especially loved the sailboat ride and my husband loved the visit to Quinta das Carvalhas.

I also really loved that visit. Our tour guide there was just the best. And their wines are delicious! Fortunately, we can buy them here in South Carolina!

We are all safely home now, and mostly recovered from the jet lag! I think we would all agree that our trip was excellent, and is one we'll remember forever. Vítor was dependable, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way possible.

There are so many highlights of the tour that it really is impossible to pick out just one. Ann and I compared our thoughts, and we came up with two - the incredible lunch at DOC on the bank of the Douro River (nine courses, I believe) and an almost equally amazing lunch at Barão Fladgate in Porto. We also really enjoyed an unexpectedly nice lunch in Lisbon at Gambrinus, and our tour and wine tasting at Quinta da Bacalhoa.

Other "finalists" for the highlights list are the rooftop dinner at Rossio Gastrobar Restaurant in Lisbon, the palaces of Cascais, the wine tasting and lunch at Sao Lourenco do Barrocal and the fabulous lunch at Terracu's Restaurant at Quinta Nova.

Martha Jane and Linda will probably have their own highlights to mention. I know they had many lunches, tours, and sights that they were amazed by!

Thanks for your help in pulling all the trip details together so well. You have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We had an amazing time on the tour of the Douro Valley! Our guide was the highlight, he was outstanding and made the trip down and back there even better.

He was so informative and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed a little later at the last Quinta, and he was patient with us when we were ordering wines which we greatly appreciated since he was giving up his time.
