M'AR De AR Aqueduto - Historic Design Hotel & Spa is the new Évora 5-star hotel located in the historic centre and in the heart of the area listed as a World Heritage site by the UNESCO.
The hotel arises from the adaptation of the old Sepúlveda Palace, a sixteenth-century building that has preserved a magnificent chapel, the vaulted ceilings and a set of three windows in Manuelino style (architectural style named after King Manuel) in the main façade. This boutique hotel, built according to the modern concepts of architecture and contemporary design, offers a 220 m2 SPA, 64 rooms, and comprises the Degust'AR restaurant, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean flavors with the signature of the Chef António Nobre.
The meeting rooms are located in the Palace, and the remaining buildings that are complemented by the wings of the former São Manços School, include the ancient chapel and adjoining areas, offering special conditions for holding events up to 200 people.

The restaurant has the gastronomic signature of Chef António Nobre. The menu has as its starting point in the Alentejo cuisine, and the Chef develops his creative inspiration by exploring the Mediterranean flavors.
B'AR Aqueduto
Located on the first floor of the Palace, the bar has a large living area that leads to a terrace that offers a unique perspective of the Água de Prata Aqueduct and the architectural ensemble of the Hotel and the outdoor areas.
SPA
The Aqueduto SPA of the M'AR De AR Hotel offers a wide range of treatments and massages, including aromatherapy and mud treatments. Guests can also relax in the steam room or in the sauna.

Ideal for holding events, the M'AR De AR Aqueduto hotel features meeting spaces, all with natural light, integrated in the building of the ancient Sepúlvedas Palace and the São Manços School.
The impressive chapel of the ancient São Manços School area was preserved and is now a spacious room with a unique acoustic and a striking high ceiling. The chapel communicates with the Sala das Donzelas (Maidens Room) - the largest room of all the meeting rooms that the M'AR De AR Aqueduto hotel offers - through three wide openings. Capacity from 10 to 170 guests.
