The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant

The Gastronomic Restaurant at The Yeatman was awarded its first star in the 2012 Michelin Guide and its second in 2017, which have been renewed annually since then. Under the guidance of the award-winning Chef, Ricardo Costa, the Restaurant offers imaginative cuisine in which the traditional flavors of Portugal are interpreted and presented with contemporary flair. With the accent on fresh and seasonal produce, it showcases Portugal’s huge range of fish as well as the country’s many regional specialties.

Food and wine pairing is naturally an important feature. The Chef’s Menu allows guests to discover a wealth of matching and contrasting flavors as they are taken on a journey through Portugal’s diverse and varied wine regions.
