CONDITIONS
The partner reserves the right to cancel or amend the booking:
- For acts beyond its control, such as adverse climatic or unfavourable navigation conditions, damage on the vessels locks, malfunction and damage on the vessels and others that prevent or advise against navigation, for security reasons;
- Failure of third party services.In these cases, you can choose between the reimbursement of the amount you have paid or for another trip suggested by partner.
Exception: In case it is not advisable the navigation with the sailboat due to adverse weather conditions, the Douro à Vela reserves the right to change the vessel without any prejudice for the company.
