The Quinta dos Vales cellar was fully renovated in 2007, and is equipped with the most advanced wine making technology. The wines that born in cellar go then to the ageing cellar where they will mature in the best French oak barrels.

The philosophy of the Quinta dos Vales wines is based on quality and starts in the care of the vineyards. To ensure the highest quality of its wines, the vines undergo various processes. The first of all is a very great reduction of the production field area, sometimes reaching 50%. Before harvesting, the acidity of the grapes and the probable alcohol levels are read and registered daily to ensure that the harvest is done exactly at the right time. Subsequently, all the grapes undergo two selection processes, one in the field and another one when they arrive to the winery. The vinification of each grape variety is made individually and its evolution is controlled in barrels, also individually, eliminating those that do not reach the quality standards established by the Quinta dos Vales.

An interior space, carefully decorated and with capacity for up 60 guests, ideal to host an afternoon wine tasting or a lunch/ dinner tasting, served with the award-winning wines of the estate.

Located above a cellar, built to age our wines, flanked by a lovely animal area, this is the ideal space to hold great events such as weddings and business encounters. Surrounded by a romantic environment, between vineyards and sculptures, has capacity for up to 200 guests.

Overlooking a beautiful setting of sculptures and endless vineyards, this covered terrace can accommodate up to 120 seated guests or up to 300 guests for standing events.

Probably one of the most mystical areas of the estate, with centennial hand carved stairs that access to an ancient well. The elegant arrangement of the sculptures and trees and the view of the vineyards, creates an intimate space for civil or religious ceremonies, a welcome cocktail or even musical, literary or artistic performances.
