Come and visit the Palace and Quinta da Bacalhôa and discover a spectacular landscape with a historical background that begun with the founders of the Avis dynasty. From the inside to the outside, you can see unique pieces of the private art collection of ComendadorBerardo passing through the gardens and vineyards to the "casa de fresco" where you can find the first tile dated in Portugal.
The visit to the Museum is also a memorable experience, endlessly surprising, pass along the garden of the Cellar planted with ancient Olive trees transplanted from the Alqueva dam, or admire the peaceful scenery of the Japanese Garden, in which a part of the work of the sculptor Niizuma and the Kaki tree, granddaughter of the only tree to survive to the Nagasaki bomb. Finish this unique experience with a wine tasting in the contemporary tasting room of the Museum of Bacalhôa and a lunch or dinner at the Bacalhôa Palace.
