Day 1
After airport formalities at Lisbon International Airport (LIS), you will be collected outside customs, and transferred, by an English speaking private Driver in a Deluxe vehicle.
Departing from Lisbon towards the Alentejo region, at about one hour and a half from the city of Lisbon you will find Évora.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel.

You will discover the Adega da Cartuxa. Located in the former refectory of the Jesuit retirement home, they taught at the University of Évora in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. With his expulsion in 1759, by order of the Marquis of Pombal, the property became part of the state, starting a few years later, in 1776, working as an important mill of wine absorbed the wine production in the region. Acquired in the nineteenth century by Eugénio de Almeida family, the Cartuxa Cellar has undergone several renovations and expansions over time, preserving the richness of its architectural and historical memory.The logo identifies wines such as Vinea, EA, Foral de Évora, Cartuxa, Scala Coeli and the legendary Pêra-Manca, as well as the olive oils Álamos, EA and Cartuxa Gourmet. You will have a guided visit with wine tasting and regional products.
Lunch will be served at Degust'AR Restaurant. Located on the ground floor of the Sepúlveda Palace building, the Degust'AR restaurant has the gastronomic signature of the Chef António Nobre. The menu has as its starting point in the Alentejo cuisine, and the Chef develops his creative inspiration by exploring the Mediterranean flavours.
Then, you will enjoy a drive/walking Tour to the city of Évora -World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Évora well-preserved historic center is one of the richest monuments in Portugal, worth the epithet of City-Museum.TheRoman Temple of Évora,one of the most important Roman monuments in Portugal. It is located at the highest point of the city and was part of the Roman forum. It is thought to have been created around the 1st century to honor the Emperor Augustus, but later came to be known as the Temple of Diana. The Cathedral built between the 13th and 14th centuries in Gothic style, it is one of the most important medieval cathedrals in the country, with a plan inspired by the Romanesque Lisbon Cathedral. In the 14th century a cloister was built and the statues of the apostles of the main portal, the masterpiece of Portuguese medieval sculpture, were carved. In the 18th century the chancel was rebuilt in an exuberant baroque style. The Church of San Franciscoit was reconstructed from the reign of D. João II and finished in the time of D. Manuel. Its architecture and decoration mixes the Gothic, Mudejar and Manueline styles. Chapel of the Bones located in the Church of San Francisco, was built in the eighteenth century and is entirely lined with human bones. It is known by the famous phrase written at the entrance "We bones that here are, for yours await".

Day 4
You will visit João Portugal Ramos. The Adega Vila Santa, in Alentejo, part of the group João Portugal Ramos, invites you to enjoy the serenity of Alentejo while you taste some of the most renowned Portuguese wines. In the Adega Vila Santa, modernity embraces harmoniously the centennial Portuguese wine making tradition. Some of the of grapes intended for the most sophisticated red wines, where the production follows the ancestral rules, are trodden in marble mills and partially destemmed. You will have a guided visit and Lunch.

You will enjoy a traditional inspired lunch at Herdade do Esporão Restaurant. The Herdade adopted a young and enthusiast kitchen's team that privileges the traditional gastronomy and the typical dishes of this region. This restaurant exceeds the highest standards of quality and delivers daily only fresh, local ingredients.
Then, you will have a Drive/Walking Tour to Reguengos de Monsaraz. The graceful medieval village of Monsaraz, maintains the magic from ancient times like few others in the world. Made of lime and schist, this place whispers us, between the echo of our footsteps in its streets. Monsaraz shows signs of having been a fortified settlement during prehistoric times. It has always had a strong military and religious influences, impeccably preserving time until these days.

Day 6
Dinner is waiting for you at Malhadinha Nova Wine & Gourmet Restaurant, signature cuisine led by Michelan Star Chief Consultant Joachim Koerper with the collaboration of the executive Bruno Antunes Chef and cook Vitalina Santos. They propose seasonal menus inspired by the local gastronomy.

You will visit Herdade do Grous Winery that has the guidance of the renowned oenologist Luís Duarte. He is responsible for the making of the best wines of this Herdade. During the tour to the cellars, you will learn the different stages of the production of the wine and enjoy a different tasting of the wines produced in the Herdade.
You will have a Drive/Walking Tour in Beja. The site of modern Beja has been occupied since the beginning of modern history. However, it was the Roman empire that most contributed to its early development. It was here, in 1 bc that Emperor Julius Cesar signed a peace treaty with the Lusitanian tribes who had previously ruled these lands.
