When I book on the portal, how do I pay?
All bookings on the portal are paid directly to the partner.
Can I book with no credit card?
Yes, but some of the services available require a credit card
guarantee. You can check how to pay your booking on the general and specific
conditions of the service on each partner's page.
May the partner require a deposit or advance payment?
Can I pay for my booking with a credit card of somebody else?
Yes, since you have the permission of the credit card holder. In
this case you should indicate your name in the field "Special
Request" at the time of booking. In case of cancellation or no-show, the
costs of penalties, if applicable, will be charged on the credit card provided.
Is the data of my credit card protected?
The data of my credit card was invalidated by the partner. What should I do?
In case of invalid credit card data, the partner reserves the
right to cancel your booking. We suggest you to book again, now with greater attention
to the entry of data of your credit card. If the error persists, you should
contact your bank.
Does a child pay the full amount of the stay and/or experience?
You will find information concerning prices for children in the
table "Conditions" under "Additional Charges".
My credit card was charged before I enjoy the service. What should I do?
You should read and check carefully all the terms and both general
and specific conditions of each service you booked. You can find all
information on the page of the partner in question or in the email with the
details of your booking.
What does pre-payment mean?
Some of our partners will require a deposit to confirm your
booking. This information is clearly specified in the terms and conditions of
our partners, during the booking process and before you click
"Finish". It is the case, for example, of the
"Non-refundable" fares when the partner may request in advance a
partial or the total amount of the service you booked.
Which credit cards can I use to guarantee a reservation?
Some partners accept credit cards as a guarantee of the
reservation. You can check which credit cards are accepted in the table
"Conditions" on the "General Description" tab on each
partner's page.
Is there any charge when I change or cancel a booking?
The change and cancellation conditions differ from service to
service.You should read and check carefully all the terms and conditions
of change and cancellation of the service you booked in the table
"Conditions" on the page of the partner(s) in question or in the
email with the details of your booking.
Can I change or cancel a "Non-refundable" booking?
In case you want to change or cancel a "Non-refundable"
booking, remember that the partner required to advance a partial or the total
amount of the service you have booked, and sometimes with no repayment option.
One of the services has not been confirmed. How is my credit card charged, since I booked all services at the same time and the partner required the data of my credit card to guarantee the reservation?
The booking of some services is not immediate (requires
availability and confirmation by the partner) and for this reason you may not
have the booking guarantee of a specific service. In case of non-confirmation
of one or more of the services you have reserved, the partner will only debit
your credit card in the amount corresponding to the service(s) that he
confirmed.
