Day 1


Arrival at Lisbon Airport. Welcome and transfer. Leaving from Lisbon towards your first day in Alentejo, you will have the opportunity to stop at Península de Setúbal wine region.The Museum House José Maria da Fonseca and the Palace Museum Quinta da Bacalhôa are two important estates in the region. Besides the Muscat wine, the cheese and the tarts from Azeitão were not forgotten. In Alentejo you will have the opportunity to visit the Carriage Museum and to delight yourself with the regional cuisine at Monte da Ravasqueira. Near this place you will appreciate a complete experience that includes a wine course, massage at the SPA and a dinner at the wonderful L'AND Vineyards Restaurant. Accommodation will be in a luxurious hotel in the same unit.

Day 2


The breakfast will be served in the hotel. In the charming city of Évora, considered World Heritage Site by UNESCO, we will take you to visit the historic centre, where the Temple of Diana is one of the highlights, the Lóios Church, the Bone Chapel and the Cathedral will complete your morning tour. Your lunch will take place in the awarded Herdade do Esporão, one of the estates with more historic heritage and the best wine in the region, also characterized by its emblematic Middle Age Tower which is a must-visit. The region is rich in landscapes covered by endless plains and large cork trees. For this reason, in the trip towards South to Herdade do Sobroso, we will stop to be able to appreciate and photograph the Alqueva. In the estate where you will stay, you will enjoy the food from Alentejo paired with the good and soft wines from this estate.

Day 3


Wake up to a pleasant breakfast and prepare yourself because we will take you to two of the best estates in Alentejo. Your afternoon will begin with a wonderful lunch at the Wine & Gourmet Restaurant. At Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, will understand how the soil inclination is an advantage in the vinification process and what are the main characteristics that the wine maker of the estates considers most relevant for a high quality wine. After that, at Herdade dos Grous, where you will be staying, you will have the opportunity to taste some of the best wines of the estates, made by one of the most prestigious enologists in the country. Your dinner is a typical menu from Alentejo and will take place in the estate in the company of the Chef.

Day 4


After breakfast, which will be served in the hotel, it is time to go back to Lisbon. On this day you will have the opportunity to visit the city centre. To start with energy, we prepared a regional products tasting at By the Wine, one of the best Wine Bars in Lisbon, close to Chiado and Avenida da Liberdade, the ideal places for you to go shopping. We will take you to Baixa "Pombalina", where you will have the opportunity to observe the majestic Rua Augusta Arch, the Lisbon Cathedral, one of the unique Gothic examples that survived the earthquake in 1755 and the emblematic Santa Justa Lift. In the Western wing of Praça do Comércio or old Terreiro do Paço, is one of the most symbolic European squares, the place where the Portuguese Royal Palace was located for two centuries. In this place you will enjoy a commented wine tasting with the enologist at the ViniPortugal Tasting Room. At the end of the day you will enjoy a dinner at Restaurant Eleven, with a Michelin star, led by Chef Joachim Koerper and with an architecture project from Architect João Correia. In the day before you leave Lisbon you will staywith the maximum comfort, until the fifth day of your trip, at Hotel Jerónimos 8, that is located in the monumental and museum center of Lisbon.

Day 5


Breakfast will be served in the hotel. During the afternoon, after your lunch at Cantina da Estrela with an environment inspired in the old Portuguese schools, you will visit the Discovery Period in Portugal that left important landmarks in this region. In a walking tour, you will visit the icons of that Period: Padrão dos Descobrimentos, the emblematic Belém Tower and the majestic Jerónimos Monastery. At the end of the afternoon, we will sweeten your tour with the typically Portuguese Belém pastry. Transfer from the hotel to Lisbon's airport. End of your trip.
