In the Ocean Restaurant, Winner of its second Michelin star since 2011, you can enjoy a "product" cuisine that respects the origin and seasonality of products. It is classic and rigorous, but also modern and irreverent. Chef Hans Neuner and his team present the food as an form of art, combining the traditional luxury cuisine with modern cuisine.
The restaurant menu is different every week, or according to the season, and includes a variety of carefully selected products from the Algarve - especially sea fruits and fish - and from Alentejo. It has an exclusive linkage with the Herdade dos Grous, owned by VILA VITA Parc, allowing an exclusive access to the different products produced in the Herdade: national and international award-winning wines - surely a paradise for wine lovers - and high quality organic fruits and vegetables, olive oil and certified meat. We should also highlight the wide variety of champagnes and cognacs, a real delight for connoisseurs.
